Why should I register in advance?


The number of e-bikes and spaces at our partner restaurants available are limited. In order to guarantee your place, we recommend your reserve in advance.

 

Can I register on the day?


Yes, our 2 welcome desks take registrations on the day, if there are still spaces available.


 

Can I choose my e-bike if I take the “rental” option?
 

Depending on your reserved activity and size our staff will fit with you an e-bike ideal for you on the day.

 

Where can I pick up my bike?

All the necessary pick-up information is available at our welcome desks.

 

I already own an e-bike. What type of bikes are needed for each activity?
 

  1. Rando Gourmande Châble or Verbier : All terrain bike.
  2. Blue Trail: All terrain bike.
  3. Red Trail: Full suspension bike
  4. Black Trail : Full suspension. Protective equipment is also advised

     

I would like to reserve a guide however I will be alone, is it possible to register and join a pre-existing group?
 

For the Verbier E-Bike Weekends, guided groups are formed during the registration process and not afterwards. You must sign up with the group you wish to be part of.

 

I have never been to Verbier, I am worried about getting lost.
 

Don’t worry all the trails are marked for you. There is also a hotline in place that you can call if you have any questions.

 

I am not sure which Trail level I should pick.
 

  1. Rando Gourmande and Discovery Trail Blue: Beginner
  2. Discovery Trail Red: Confident
  3. Discovery Trail Black: Expert

     

My son is 15 years old; can he join us?
 

In Switzerland e-bikes are regulated. You must be 16 years old to use an e-bike. From the age of 14 you can ride and e-bike when in possession of a moped driving license.  

 

The trail I have chosen includes using the Ski lifts, is this included in the price?
 

Yes, for any trails where the ski lifts have to be used, you will be given a pass when you arrive at the welcome desk.

 

Is there a departure time?
 

No, you can start the trails whenever you like. We advise that for the Randos Gourmandes you leave no later than 10am and for the Discovery Trails you leave no later than 10:30am, in order to make the most of you day.

 

Why do the rental shops ask for a credit card when I rent a bike?
 

The rental shops ask to scan a credit card in case of any problems returning the bike. If the bike is not returned the shop will be obligated to charge the cost to the registered card.

 

I don’t have a helmet; can I still take part?
 

It is obligatory to wear a helmet when riding an e-bike in Switzerland. If you don’t have a helmet you can rent one in our partner shops. ABUS helmets will also be available to purchase at the welcome desk.

 

Is there a food stop on the Discovery Trails?
 

There are no food stops during the Discovery Trails. When you register you can benefit from deals in all of our partner restaurants. At the end of the day you will also receive a beer or soft drink in one of our partner bars in Verbier or Le Châble.

 

I would like to stay overnight in Verbier do you have any accommodation offers?
 

Yes, you can benefit from a special discount with our hotel and agency partners. Head to the Accommodation page to find out more.

 

If it rains can I get refunded?
 

You can still go e-biking in the rain, the trails will be open! As stated in our T&Cs we do not offer reimbursements due to bad weather.

 

It’s raining can I change my booking?
 

As stated in our T&Cs it is not possible to change the date of your booking.

 

I have twisted my ankle, can I get a refund?
 

As stated in our T&Cs refunds are not available.

 

Can I register on site?
